Are you needing help to reach emotional wholeness in life? I use an array of skills to provide therapy services that give you the tools needed to improve your mental health and overall wellbeing. Below are descriptions of just some of the issues that I provide individual therapy for that we can work together on during our time in session.
ANXIETY & DEPRESSION
Panic attacks. Always feeling on edge. Not being able to verbalize what you feel. Irritability. Isolation. All of these, and more, can be symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. You don't have to experience one to have the other. However, most times, anxiety often comes before depression. Anxiety & depression both may present differently in each person but it is still equally distressing to every that encounters it. In our therapy sessions we will work together to disentangle the rationalizations that anxiety and depression can bring forward.
